Born July 12, 1981 to Antonio and Connie Rizzo, the youngest of three sons. Steve was raised and attended schools in Woodbridge, Ontario.
It was in this small town North of Toronto where he met his high-school sweetheart.

In 2006, they married, and at the same time Steve graduated with high honors from the INT'L Academy of Design & Technology, where he had been studying Videogame Development, and first dabbled with his natural ability to voice the compelling characters and creatures that game and story enthusiasts come to love.

He continued to work in the field as an artist and animator. It was not until years later and one incidental, anecdotal visit to his dentist when Steve would finally pursue voice acting. He found some early success and in an effort to always be improving his performance he began taking classes at Second City. He graduated from the Stagecraft and Improv programs with a Second City Main-stage performance directed by Kris Siddiqi.
Once he had graduated from Second City Steve began his Film & Television career and is once gain seeing a variety of early successes.
